Body Focussed Meditation
Body Focussed Meditation helps you learn the tools to create a relaxed body and a calm mind. Georgina offers regular classes and Individual Sessions at the Pilates Centre Mosman.
Georgina is a full member of the Australian Teachers of Meditation Association. She has been facilitating meditation groups and individual sessions since 2009, both at the Pilates Centre Mosman and in her hometown of Nelson Bay. She has helped hundreds of people to develop the skills that will support them for a lifetime.
The Breathing Class
The Breathing Class focuses on the first three essential principles of Pilates – Concentration, Relaxation and Breathing. It is an easy way to improve comfort and release in your body and mind.
The benefits for you include:
Postively influencing the autonomic nervous system; getting the body out of the ‘fight or flight’ mode.
Reversing the impact of chronic low grade stress, allowing the body to direct energy to functions essential for wellbeing like cell regeneration, digestion and healing.

Individual sessions are an opportunity for personalised attention and support.
A place to be met with understanding and kindness.
Individual sessions are helpful if you are experiencing stress in your life, big changes, big decisions, loss or longing for something more. They are helpful if you would like personalised training in meditation or personal development practices that help you get more out of life.
