Spring is in the air…..
The joy of spring can also bring asthma, hayfever and allergies. This in turn, affects your ability to breathe well.
Take a few minutes each day to focus on good, cleansing breath.
Inhale through the nose, send the breath into the sides and back of the rib cage.
As you relax into your exhale, feel every bit of tension leave your body as you melt into the space you are lying.
This is a great opportunity to gain awareness around what you are feeling, where you are in that moment and to let go.
Quality breath promotes quality movement, improved circulation and assists in keeping a calm, open mind.

New Classes

5.30am – We may potentially look at opening a class for all you early birds out there! Day and type of class (allegro/studio) are still to be decided.
With spring upon us and summer fast approaching, it is a great time to add to your routine by trying that Allegro class you have been thinking about or even fine tuning your movement with some extra sessions in the studio.

Gyrotonic
As an addition to our Monday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday morning Gyrotonic sessions, Jakki is now available for Gyrotonic on Wednesday evenings 4 – 8pm.
If you haven’t experienced the joy of Gyrotonic, book in and give it a try. It’s not as daunting as the Gyrotonic Tower looks!!
