Your Health

A great and easy way to improve your health today is to fill a bottle of water and keep it with you all day as a constant reminder to drink more water.

Our body is made of 70 % water.  Many people don’t drink enough..  Symptoms of  dehydration are fatigue and reduced concentration.  The research recommends 2 litres of water a day.

Start with being aware of how much you are drinking, then start trying to drink just a little more water each day.

Drinking plenty of water is an obvious boost to our bodies health.    Go fill up your bottle now.

We are selling 650ml and 1 litre bottles which are temperature resistant, USFDA food grade standard and microwave and dishwasher safe.  Basically your not drinking what your bottle is made up of.

Home Exercises

Hands and feet need exercising too.  Just as our core helps control and determine what our limbs are doing, so too, do our extremities affect our  trunk.  We are unaware of how tightness builds in our hands and feet that put pressure on the freedom of movement in the shoulders and hips respectively.

A simple way to bring some flexibility and strength into the feet are:

– Seeing if you can pick up small objects with your feet eg. Pencil or a tissue.  You may find your foot cramps very quickly or it is not even flexible enough to do it.

– Roll a tennis ball or golf ball under your foot.  Put some of your body weight into it and you stretch out your foot’s deep muscle/fascia.  At least a minute rolling on each foot is beneficial.
